Four bank workers face court over alleged N182.3m fraud
Four employees of Richway Microfinance Bank Limited have been arraigned before the Federal High Court in Lagos over an alleged N182.3 million fraud. The defendants, Ikeoluwa Imuraina, Peter Olabanji, Ngozi Nwokoma, and Olubunmi Ayeni, are accused of conspiring to defraud account holders and unlawfully transferring funds. The prosecution claims the group compromised the bank’s internal system and used a fake email address to facilitate the scheme. Justice Alexander Owoeye granted them bail but imposed strict conditions.
