
One killed and two injured in Lagos-Ibadan Expressway accident
One person has died and two others were injured in a crash on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway. The accident involved a truck carrying grains and rams, which lost control and overturned near the Lenuwa U-turn. Babatunde Akinbiyi, spokesperson for the Ogun State Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Agency, confirmed the incident and attributed it to excessive speed. The injured were taken to Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital, while the deceased was taken to Idera Hospital morgue.
