
Zulum approves N12.9bn scholarship for Borno students in aeronautics
Governor Babagana Zulum has approved a N12.9 billion scholarship for 54 students from Borno State to study aeronautics and engineering at Isaac Balami University of Aeronautics and Management. The scholarship covers various engineering disciplines and professional certifications, including pilot training. At a ceremony in Maiduguri, Zulum presented a cheque for N2.5 billion to the institution to cover annual tuition and other expenses. The initiative aims to empower youth and promote human capital development in the state.
