Osun government adopts new tech for better services and security
Ademola Adeleke, Governor of Osun State, has announced several technology-driven initiatives aimed at improving infrastructure, governance, and public safety in the state. Speaking at the opening ceremony of the maiden Osun digital festival in Osogbo, he highlighted projects like the Osun Smart Resident ID, expanded public WiFi, and the reactivation of the Emergency Call Centre. The administration is also focusing on digital education, startup support, and the use of artificial intelligence and blockchain for secure government services. Azeez Badmus and Moroof Ayofe also emphasized the state's commitment to innovation and youth empowerment.
