Amotekun apprehends dozens of suspects in Ondo crackdown
In Ondo State, the Amotekun Corps has arrested 95 suspected criminals across all 18 local government areas. The operation was carried out with the support of the Nigeria Police Force, the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, the Department of State Services, and the Nigerian Army. Akogun Adeleye, the Amotekun Commander, revealed that the suspects are linked to crimes such as kidnapping, stealing, burglary, and illegal mining. He emphasized that the joint efforts of security agencies have led to significant results in curbing crime in the state.
