What happened
- Fems Thrift said she was contacted on Instagram by a man claiming to launch an international fashion brand and offered N140,000 for a modelling job.
- She and her friend went to the supposed shoot on February 8 and found the apartment mostly empty.
- The man allegedly locked them in, brandished a knife, and sexually assaulted them multiple times.
- He reportedly seized their phones, transferred private photos and videos to himself, and threatened to release them if they spoke out.
- The victims left the apartment between 2pm and 3pm the same day, and as of February 11, 2026, no formal police complaint had been filed.
