IPOB ends Monday sit-at-home as schools and markets reopen
The Indigenous People of Biafra has permanently cancelled the Monday sit-at-home order across the South-East, following a directive from its leader, Nnamdi Kanu, with effect from February 9, 2026. The group warned that anyone attempting to enforce the sit-at-home would be acting against Kanu's direct order.
