APGA chieftain urges Soludo to replace non-performing officials
A chieftain of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, Ben Obi (also known as “Igwe APGA”), has called on Anambra State Governor Chukwuma Soludo to remove commissioners and advisers who are not performing well. He claims that over 80 per cent of the cabinet members are underperforming and should be replaced as the governor prepares for his second term starting March 17, 2026. Ben Obi also recommended disqualifying all current local government chairmen and councillors ahead of the August 29 Anambra LGA polls. He emphasized the need for meritocracy and fresh talent in the state government.
