Delta’s first female engineer permanent secretary retires
Mrs Juliet Aboloje, the first female engineer to serve as Permanent Secretary in Delta State’s Ministry of Works (Highways and Urban Roads), has retired after reaching the compulsory retirement age. She was appointed to the top position by Governor Sheriff Oborevwori in 2025. Mrs Aboloje is recognized for her significant contributions to major infrastructure projects in the state.
