Nigerian telcos to boost network investment beyond previous levels
Nigeria’s mobile operators are set to increase their investment in network infrastructure. The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) said telcos have pledged to spend more than the over $1bn (N1.4tn) invested in 2025. The expansion aims to improve coverage, capacity, and service quality nationwide. Dr Aminu Maida, Executive Vice Chairman of the NCC, highlighted these plans in the regulator’s latest report.
TLDR
