Anambra government urges swift development in Millennium City estate
The Anambra State Government has called on property owners in Awka Millennium City Estate to begin construction on their allocated plots. Ossy Onuko, Managing Director of the Awka Capital Territory Development Authority (ACTDA), emphasized the importance of transforming the estate into a vibrant residential area. The agency aims to ensure proper urban planning and discourage land speculation. Charles Ekwunife and Nwanneka Nwachukwu also highlighted the slow pace of development and the need for compliance with the agreed standards.
