
Elderly man rescued from deep well by Lagos firefighters
An 84-year-old man was rescued by the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service after falling into a deep well in the Aboru area. The incident happened at No. 35A, Fadeyemi Street, Pipeline, Agbado Oke-Odo LCDA. Margaret Adeseye, Controller General of the agency, confirmed that the man was successfully pulled out alive and handed over to his family. The cause of the incident is still under investigation.
