Sunday Igboho cleared to return after monarchs’ intervention
Sunday Igboho, the Yoruba nation activist, has been removed from the wanted list following the intervention of prominent traditional rulers. His spokesman, Olayomi Koiki, confirmed that all arrangements have been concluded for his return to Nigeria. The move comes after monarchs, including the Olubadan of Ibadanland, the Ooni of Ife, and the Olugbon of Orile Igbon, persuaded President Bola Tinubu to clear his name. Igboho expressed gratitude to the monarchs and supporters for their role during his ordeal.
