
Three arrested over alleged kidnapping in Kebbi
Three men have been arrested by the Kebbi State Police Command for their alleged involvement in a kidnapping case in Shanga Local Government Area. The suspects, identified as Abubakar Muhammadu, Abdullahi Majo, and Ali Alhaji Jemu, were apprehended at Bagudo Market after police received credible intelligence. Police spokesperson SP Bashir Usman confirmed that locally made weapons were recovered during the operation. The Commissioner of Police, Umar Mohammed Hadejia, has ordered further investigation by the State Criminal Investigation Department.
