
Suspected herders kill six in Benue’s Otukpo area
At least six people have been killed by suspected armed herders in Otukpo Local Government Area of Benue State. Among the victims are a retired Warrant Officer, a former councillor, and four others. The attacks involved shootings, abductions, and looting of foodstuffs and valuables. Maxwell Ogri, Kennedy Angbo, and other local officials have confirmed the incidents and ongoing investigations.
