Lagos deputy governor urges graduates to be problem solvers
Obafemi Hamzat, the Deputy Governor of Lagos State, has emphasized the need for Nigeria to produce graduates who are active citizens and problem solvers. Speaking in Osogbo at the 15th Convocation lecture of Fountain University, he encouraged graduates to apply their skills with wisdom and compassion. The convocation lecturer, Dr Kazeem Adeduntan, called for Islamic scholars to play a greater role in economic development. Fountain University’s Vice Chancellor, Ramota Karim, highlighted the institution’s commitment to advancing knowledge and character.
