
Isiaka Ajani-Lawal becomes new LOTUS Bank MD/CEO
Dr Isiaka Ajani-Lawal has been appointed as the new Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of LOTUS Bank, effective December 2025. The announcement follows the retirement of the bank’s founding MD/CEO, Mrs Kafilat Araoye, who played a significant role in the bank’s growth. Under Araoye’s leadership, LOTUS Bank achieved several milestones and expanded its reach in Nigeria’s ethical banking sector. The Board expressed confidence in Ajani-Lawal’s ability to continue the bank’s strategic vision.
