Customs and NDLEA intercept cocaine shipment at Lagos port
The Nigeria Customs Service, Apapa Area Command, and the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency have intercepted 30.1 kilograms of cocaine at Apapa Port in Lagos. The drugs, found aboard the MV Aruna at the Greenview Terminal, were packaged in 30 slabs and discovered on the first working day of the year. Isah Sulaiman and Emmanuel Oshoba praised the professionalism and vigilance of the officers involved. The seized cocaine has been handed over to the NDLEA for further investigation and prosecution.
