Ghana detains 141 Nigerians for alleged cybercrimes
A total of 141 Nigerian nationals have been arrested in Ghana for alleged involvement in cyber-enabled financial crimes. The operation was carried out by the Cyber Security Authority of Ghana alongside other security agencies. Authorities recovered laptops and mobile phones suspected to have been used in the crimes. Ghanaian officials have urged landlords to ensure their properties are not used for illegal activities.
