ASUU awards scholarships to 31 Olabisi Onabanjo University students
The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), Olabisi Onabanjo University chapter, has provided scholarships worth N6.2 million to 31 financially disadvantaged students. According to Dr Ganiyu Yinusa, the initiative aims to support students facing economic hardship and promote access to education. Each student received N200,000 to help cover school fees and other charges for the 2025/2026 academic session. The scholarships were funded through voluntary donations and contributions from ASUU members.
