Troops from the 3 Division/Joint Task Force Operation Enduring Peace arrested a suspect and confiscated a large cache of ammunition at a checkpoint in Plateau State. The operation took place in Mangu community, following credible intelligence to ensure safety during the festive season. According to spokesman Major Samson Zhakom, the suspect was apprehended with over a thousand rounds of ammunition. The military also raided a hideout in Bokkos LGA, recovering more weapons on December 19, 2025.
