
Super Eagles leave Cairo for AFCON preparations in Morocco
Nigeria’s Super Eagles have wrapped up their five-day pre-AFCON camp in Cairo and are headed to Fez, Morocco, to continue preparations for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations. The squad, which grew from 10 to 27 players during their time in Egypt, is expected to regroup in Fez for the final phase before their opening match. Notable late arrivals include Moses Simon and expected addition Victor Osimhen. The team is aiming for a strong start as they seek their fourth continental title from December 21, 2025, to January 18, 2026.
