
Federal government launches major road project in Kano
The Federal Government has started building the N47 billion Jakara–Wuju–Wuju road and sewage project in Kano. The project is expected to help control erosion and support economic growth in the area. Yusuf Ata, Minister of State for Housing and Urban Development, announced the commencement on June 4, 2025. He highlighted the collaboration between the federal and Kano State governments, and acknowledged Bola Tinubu for approving the funds.
